Shipping Info
The only items I currently offer that require shipping are DVDs.
I include the cost of shipping a DVD in its price. This includes standard USPS First Class shipping only.
This does NOT include tracking, insurance, etc.
If you wish to include tracking, insurance or faster mail services please email me directly after your order and I will let you know what the additional costs will be.
For delivery within the continental USA: delivery will take between 5-7 days depending on your location. Hawaii and Alaska can take up to 5 days longer for delivery.
If a DVD does not arrive within a reasonable period of time I will ship you another one for $5 to cover costs UNLESS you paid extra for insurance and tracking (USA Only) in which case I will ship you another one for free.
For delivery outside of the USA: delivery can take as long as 6-8 weeks, sometimes even longer, depending on many factors. The customs department in your country has a lot to do with the delivery times.
I have no way of tracking the package to your address. I can only track the package as far as customs in your country which I have found is not helpful.
This is because if the package is never delivered to you then there is still nothing that can be done about it. Knowing it got as far as customs does not help.
If a DVD does not arrive within a reasonable period of time I will ship you another one for $5 to cover costs.
This is about the cost of insurance and tracking, and you only have to pay it if there is a problem which is not generally the case.
