As the sole owner of Cosmic Consciousness Online, an online subsidiary of Cosmic Nexus, I (Simeon Chi'Ra Nartoomid) assure you that any private information you may share or transmit to me for any reason is always kept strictly private, confidential and secure. I will never sell your information or make it available to anyone without your written permission.
Email Lists
I will also not place you on any email lists I own or operate unless you either subscribe from my website(s), purchase a product or service, or specifically request that you be placed on my email newsletter lists(s).
If you purchase a product you will be notified on the final confirmation page of which emails lists you were subscribed to and provided with the info necessary to opt-out of them if you wish.
Returns and Refunds
Downloadable Products: I do not issue refunds on any downloadable e-products. If the file you receive is defective in some way I will replace it. Please attune to the inner voice of your Higher Self as to whether a downloadable product is right for you and listen to your inner voice implicitly.
If you cannot attain clarity on your own, and you have questions about any of my downloadable e-products that could help you gain the clarity you need and deserve, please contact me before purchasing the products in question and I will be glad to assist you in any way I can.
One-on-One Sessions and Services: I do not issue refunds on One-on-One sessions and services except under very unusual and extenuating circumstances and those are considered on a case by case basis. If a refund is issued there will usually be a 25% handling fee deducted.
If you need to re-schedule you may do so twice without any additional charges if you give me at least 24 hours notice. Changes in scheduling with less than 24 hours notice or more than two re-schedules may at my discretion incur an additional cost equal to 25% of the original price of the session or service.
Webinars and Tele-Events: these are generally available on an honoary basis and your payment is a love offering. Not being able to make the time of the event is not grounds for a refund if a recording is being made available.
However, if you register and it is the first time you have participated in one of my online events and for some reason you change your mind or do not like the presentation please contact me and we will discuss the possibility of a partial or full refund depending on the circumstances.
Shippable Items: if a shippable item is defective I will replace it after you return it and I will reimburse you for your return shipping costs.
If a shippable item is damaged in shipment I will send you another item after you return it, but you must cover the return shipping costs.
If you simply do not like an item, I'm sorry but I cannot accept returns or issue refunds. Please be sure you want an item before ordering and if you need more information to make an informed decision please contact me.
